Our Tandoori Spice is a traditional Indian seasoning blend that is used extensively in dishes such as tandoori chicken. Though classically made in a tandoor clay oven, it's just as delicious cooked on an open grill.

Ingredients

Makes 4 servings

  • 2 Cups Yogurt, plain

  • 3 Tablespoons Tandoori

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless

  • 2 Ounces Canola Oil

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt and Tandoori Spice in large bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup for basting.

  2. Add chicken to yogurt sauce, and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  4. Brush oil over grill grate to prevent sticking, and place chicken on grill. Cook chicken until juices run clear, about 8 minutes per side, basting with reserved yogurt marinade frequently.
