4 Cups White Or Brown Rice, cooked
4 Cups Stir Fried Vegetables
2/3 Cup Szechuan Chile Crisp Starter
1/2 Cup Neutral Oil (Veg, Canola, Or Safflower)
Heat neurtal oil in a medium saucepan to 375F. Once at temperature, remove from heat and stir in szechuan chia chile crisp. Mix well. Allow flavor to develop and chiles to crisp for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Prepare stir fried vegetables and rice in whatever way you like. Serve vegetables, rice, and chia chile crisp in separate bowls, and mix all three in any way you desire to eat.
