Makes 4 servings

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Sauté onions, mushrooms and celery in pan until tender.

  3. Add sautéed vegetables and remaining ingredients in food processor, and pulse until combined.

  4. Shape mixture into patties, and let rest for 10 minutes.

  5. Place patties on sheet pan, transfer to oven and bake until firm and heated through.
