1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Gochugaru Chile Flakes
1 Teaspoon White Sugar
4 Kirby Cucumbers
Bring vinegar, sugar and Gochugaru Chile Flakes to a quick boil, and set aside to cool.
Slice cucumber about 1/4-inch thick, and cover with cooled vinegar. Store in refrigerator.
