4 Tilapia Fillets
2 Tablespoons Grapeseed Oil
1/2 Lemon, juiced
Rub 1 tablespoon Cajun Blackening Blend onto each piece of fish, liberally coating both sides. Let sit 15 minutes at room temperature before cooking.
