Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir Mediterranean Seasoning into mayonnaise. Spread on sea bass fillets. Set aside.
Place Mediterranean Pilaf in 13X9-inch baking dish. Stir in boiling water and olive oil. Top with sea bass. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until fish is opaque and beginning to flake and pilaf has absorbed almost all liquid.
Remove from oven and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
