Mini Fried Springrolls with Thai Peanut Sauce

  • 16 Pounds Mini Chicken, Shrimp, Pork Or Veg Springrolls

  • 8 Cups Oil For Deep Frying

  • 1/3 Cup Water

  • 1/3 Fluid Ounce Smooth Peanut Butter

  • 1 Thai Peanut Sauce Starter


  1. Bring water to a simmer in a small pot. Whisk in Thai Peanut Sauce starter, then whisk in peanut butter until smooth. Hold warm.

  2. Heat frying oil to 350F. Fry mini springrolls until golden brown outside and filling is hot. Place on paper towels, then plate and serve with warm peanut sauce.
