Ingredients

Yield enough for 4 steaks

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients thoroughly in large bowl to make thin paste. May be refrigerated in airtight container until ready to use.

  2. Rub prepared paste onto both sides of 8 to 10 ounce New York strip steaks. Allow meat to sit for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat grill.

  3. Lightly oil hot grill and place steaks on grill. Cook for 2 minutes then flip steaks over. Grill for 6 to 10 minutes, flipping every two minutes or so, or to desired doneness. Allow steaks to rest for 1 minute before slicing or serving.
