Makes 2 cups
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Water
1 Teaspoon Crushed Spearmint
1 Teaspoon Granulated Lime Peel
Add to a small sauce pan the water lime and mint. Slowly bring this to a simmer and add the sugar. Now bring this mixture to a boil and cook until the sugar has dissolved.
Allow the syrup to cool and strain into a clean vessel, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
