Spray 9-inch by 13-inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Heat honey and peanut butter in large sauce pot over medium-low heat until melted, about 3 minutes.
Add crisped quinoa and dried cherries to pot and stir until evenly incorporated.
Press mixture into prepared pan, transfer to refrigerator and chill for 40 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
