Beer Glazed Grilled Chicken

Makes 1/2 cup


  1. Whisk all the dry ingredients with the beer and honey thoroughly in a small bowl and set aside.

  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and lightly brush with oil. Place the chicken on a medium heat grill. Grill the first side for 2-3 minutes then turn. Brush the seared side of the chicken with the glaze. After 2 minutes turn the chicken over. Repeat this process with all the chicken breasts for 6-8 turns or until the chicken reads 165° F in the thickest part of the breast.

  3. Remove and brush the chicken with the remaining glaze, serve immediately.
