Ground oregano is the powdered version of the popular and universally used herb. In this recipe, our Ground Mexican Oregano adds the popular herb's robust, fragrant flavor to a unique grilled chicken glaze, without the concern for burning whole herbs. This mouthwatering glaze will caramelize well under a broiler or in a skillet as well.

Directions

  1. Whisk all the dry ingredients with the beer and honey thoroughly in a small bowl and set aside.
