There is no simpler way to create delicious, authentic chili than with our Alamo Blend Chili Seasoning. Just add beef, onions, cooked kidney beans and tomatoes, and simmer for a classic “pot of red.”

Heat vegetable oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion, and cook, stirring often, until beef is no longer pink.
Stir in Alamo Blend Chili Seasoning and cook for additional 3 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt.
Serve with cheese, sour cream and green onions.
