Advieh is a signature spice blend of authentic Persian cuisine. Advieh is prized for its fragrant aroma and spiced flavor which is a perfect way to season and enhance chicken thighs. The chicken thighs should be cut into the same size pieces to ensure that they cook through at the same rate. We prefer thighs over breasts as the dark meat stays moist but the edges get slightly crisp when grilled over high heat.

2 Tablespoons Advieh
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Pound Chicken Thighs, boneless, skinless, cut into pieces
Whisk Advieh into olive in a large, non-reactive bowl. Stir in chicken thighs and mix to coat chicken with spice mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Divide chicken among 8 skewers. Oil grill grates with vegetable oil. Arrange chicken over direct heat and grill until cooked through, about 15 minutes flipping chicken over every 2 minutes or so. Remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot, about 2 skewers per person.
