Toasted Whole Wheat Middle Eastern Couscous
Toasted Middle Eastern Whole Wheat Couscous is our largest-sized traditional Middle Eastern pearl pasta. Made from 100% whole durum wheat flour, the pasta pearls are lightly toasted to enhance their pleasantly nutty flavor. Light brown in color, it has a soft, chewy texture when cooked.
Bring 4 cups of water to boil with a pinch of salt. Add 1 cup of couscous. Boil gently for 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water or serve immediately.
