    2/3 cup (75g) Chia-Chile Crisp

    1/2 cup neutral oil (canola, vegetable, safflower)

    Heat oil in a medium saucepan to 375F. Once at temperature, remove from heat and stir in Chia-Chile Crisp well. Allow flavor to develop and chiles to crisp for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Use as is or refrigerate. Stir well before use.

    Storage & handling

    Store in a dry, cool place.
