Sun-Dried Tomato Halves
Sun-Dried Tomatoes are vine-ripened tomatoes that have been sliced and dried. Our Traditional Sun-Dried Tomatoes are lightly treated with sulfites to preserve their rich red color, but contain no other ingredients.
For use in preparations where they will not be cooked, blanch Sun-Dried Tomatoes for 30 seconds in boiling water to bring out their flavor and soften their texture.
Storage & handling
Store in a dry, cool place for up to 12 months under optimal storage conditions.

Use this simple, Traditional Sun-Dried Tomato Halves condiment as a spread for crostini, a base for pizza or a sauce for pasta. Also consider as a stuffing for chicken breasts and roulades or stirred into risotto. For a Sun-Dried Tomato salad dressing, thin with extra virgin olive oil and a splash of vinegar.
