Spring Blend
Spring Rice and Orzo Blend is a natural pairing of healthy and flavorful grains. We blend our jade-colored Bamboo Rice, aromatic long-grain Jasmine Rice and striking Lemon Garlic Orzo for a dynamic fusion of tastes and textures in our Spring Rice and Orzo Blend.

Suggested uses
Basic prep
Combine 1 cup Spring Rice and Orzo Blend, 1-3/4 cups water or stock and pinch of salt in saucepan set over high heat. Bring to boil, immediately reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook until all liquid is absorbed, about 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes, fluff with fork and serve immediately.
