Saffron is among the most prized spices in the world, harvested by hand from dried stigmas of purple crocus flowers. Our Saffron Rice is made by infusing saffron into high-quality aromatic White Jasmine Rice.
Place 1 cup of rice and 1-3/4 cups of water in pot with lid. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Season as desired and fluff with fork before serving.
