    Our Thai Red Chile Powder is ground from a variety of whole, de-stemmed Thai chiles with intensely hot flavor. In a powdered form, it can be used to add flavor and spice as well as the deep color typical of red curry. Typical of Thai chiles, this powder releases a strong, lingering heat. While these flavors are popular in Asia now, they have their origins in South America and Mexico and were not introduced to the region until the 15th century.
