Rainier Cherries are a specific cultivar of premium-quality sweet cherries with bright yellow berries spotted with reddish pink and orange and exceptional mild cherry flavor. We dried firm, plump fruit with outstanding sweet, slightly tart taste for our Rainier Cherries.
Ready to use. No preparation necessary. To rehydrate, pour boiling water over fruit and let sit, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain well before using.
