Achiote Paste is a spice blend made of annatto seeds, vinegar and spices used mostly in Latin cuisine to infuse color and bright, acidic flavor into a recipe.
Dilute 1 tablespoon of paste into 1/2 cup vinegar or sour orange juice.
Storage & handling
Store in cool, dry place.
