Our Gourmet Pasta Legume Blend adds rich flavor and textural interest with a mixture of orzo, fregola sarda, lentils, quinoa and chana dal peas.
Boil 1-3/4 cups water and add 1 cup Gourmet Pasta Legume Blend. Reduce to simmer, cover and cook until tender, about 18 minutes.
Storage & handling
Store in a cool, dry place.
