Paella Rice With Peas
Paella Rice with Peas is an all-natural, timesaving blend with the long grain rice, herbs and spices of traditional paella with classic accompaniment of peas. We mix authentic, certified Calasparra rice grown in the mountains of Spain with dried peas and saffron, chiles and other classic seasonings for an outstanding shortcut to creating traditional paella.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in heavy pan over medium heat. Add Paella Flavor-Ready Rice and stir 2 minutes. Add 6 cups water or stock. Bring to a boil, stirring once. Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, until thin crust forms on bottom, about 18 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
