Organic White Jasmine Rice
Jasmine Rice is long-grain white rice highly prized for its aroma and flavor. We source certified organic, all-natural Jasmine rice with a stark white color, floral aroma and delicate flavor.

Bring 1 cup rice and 1-1/2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 12 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.

Jasmine Rice, sometimes called "Thai fragrant rice," is long-grain white rice highly prized for its flowery aroma and sweet flavor. Jasmine Rice grains are lightly sticky with a soft, yielding texture.
The name plays up to the similarity in the fragrance of jasmine flowers and the aromas released as this rice cooks. Jasmine Rice is sometimes suggested as an alternative to Basmati Rice, another highly fragrant, long-grain rice, but in its native Thailand (and elsewhere throughout Southeast Asia) Jasmine Rice is highly prized in its own right.
We source certified organic, all-natural Jasmine rice from its native Thailand for our Organic Jasmine Rice. Approximately 1/4 to 5/16-inch long grain rice, they are only slightly stick and very fluffy when cooked.
Jasmine RIce is fragrant and chewy for any rice dish. Leftover Jasmine Rice from a previous meal can be ideally used for this stir fry.
