Organic Traditional Couscous
Couscous is a traditional North African semolina pasta shaped like tiny pearls the size of a pinhead. It has been a culinary staple for more than 800 years. This quick-cooking Organic Traditional Couscous has a mild, plain flavor and a light, fluffy texture that make it an ideal base for an endless array of spice and ingredient combinations.
Bring 1-1/4 cups water to a boil in medium saucepan with optional pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Stir in 1 cup of couscous and remove from heat. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.

Store in a dry, cool place.
