    Suggested uses

    Use in soups, salads, rice, pasta, quinoa, sauces, stuffing, and sautéed with other vegetables.

  • Mix into soups

  • Sprinkle on top of rice, pasta or quinoa

  • Use in sauces

  • Use as part of stuffing for hens or chickens

  • Saute with mushrooms and onions for a healthy topping on fish, poultry or meat

  • Basic prep

    Rinse peppers with warm water. Soak in hot water for 10 minutes to rehydrate, or add directly to recipe that will cook at least 10 minutes. To release more flavor, roast in a 250-degree f. oven for 3-4 minutes. 1 ounce of bell pepper will rehydrate to 2 ounces.
