Organic Incan Quinoa Blend
Our Organic Incan Quinoa Blend is a blend of three colorful, quick-cooking varieties of organic quinoa, including golden, red and black quinoa. It is a good source of proteins, essential amino acids, fiber and many B-complex vitamins.
Bring 2 cups water or stock to a boil. Add 1 cup Organic Incan Blend Quinoa. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
