Organic Caribbean Blend

A sweet and subtly savory certified organic blend of long-grain brown rice and black beans seasoned with coconut flakes and a blend of authentic Caribbean flavors.

    Suggested uses

  • Traditionally served with chicken, fish or pork entrées

  • Garnish with a spicy fresh fruit salsa made with pineapple, mango or other tropical fruits

  • Basic prep

    Combine 1 package Caribbean Blend with 1-3/4 cups stock or water and 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter in 2-quart pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered, before serving.

    Storage & handling

    Store in a dry, cool place.
