Popular throughout southern Asia, basmati rice is a long-grain, naturally aromatic variety with a fluffy cooked texture. Our Organic Brown Basmati Rice has its nutritious brown bran layer intact, offering a nuttier flavor and firmer texture than white basmati rice.
Rinse 1 cup rice well. Add rice to 2 cups boiling water. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes and set aside to rest, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff and serve.
