Our Midnight Blend is a striking combination of deeply hued exotic rice, grains and lentils. Their saturated color perfectly represents their combined rich, earthy flavor and nutrient density.
Rinse and combine 1 cup Midnight Blend with 2 cups water and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender, about 30 minutes. Let sit covered until ready to serve. Fluff with fork.
