Combine 1 cup Jasmine Blend, 1-1/2 cups water and a pinch of salt in a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, immediately reduce heat to a simmer, cover with a tight-fitting lid and cook 18 to 20 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat, and let stand with the lid on for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve immediately.

Fregola sarda is lightly toasted, giving it a nutlike flavor that accents the aromatic rice and earthy millet. Our blend is delicate enough to please the most discriminating eater, but much more interesting than the average white rice.
