Jasmine Blend marries fluffy, aromatic jasmine rice with a sprinkling of sweet yellow millet and the toasty, nutty flavor of imported fregola sarda, a tiny, round pasta, similar to couscous.
Combine 1 cup Jasmine Blend, 1-1/2 cups water and a pinch of salt in a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, immediately reduce heat to a simmer, cover with a tight-fitting lid and cook 18 to 20 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat, and let stand with the lid on for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve immediately.
