    Suggested uses

  • Basic prep

    Measure 4 tablespoons of Goan Coconut Curry Starter, use 1 tablespoon to season 8 ounces of fish or seafood, and set aside. Add remaining 3 tablespoons to 1 cup of water or broth and bring to a simmer over low heat. Add the fish and poach until cooked.
