Fregola Rustica Mix
Fregola Rustica Mix is an enticing mix of wholesome quinoa, wild rice and imported Fregola sarda. We took the same ancient grains, gourmet rice and imported pasta we sell individually and combined them for an elegant, savory, quick-cooking blend.
Combine 1 cup Fregola Rustica Mix, 1-1/2 cups water and pinch of salt in saucepan set over high heat. Bring to boil, immediately reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until Fregola is tender and all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
