Calrose Brown Rice
Brown Rice is a short whole grain rice packed with flavor and nutrition. We source premium whole grains of rounded brown rice with its bran coating intact for our Short Grain Brown Rice. Boasting a mild, nutty flavor and a high-fiber content, it’s a nutrient dense alternative to white rice and other grains. Short Grain Brown Rice is ideal for risottos, puddings and molded salads.
Add 1 cup rice and 2-1/4 cups water to pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, turn heat to low, and simmer for 40 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
