These Butternut Squash Flakes are made from fresh butternut squash that has been blanched, pureed and air-dried for easy use in recipes ranging from purees and soups to sauces and desserts.
Ready to use. No preparation necessary. To rehydrate, combine 2 parts Butternut Squash Flakes to 1 part water to achieve a thick puree consistency.
