Baby Basmati/Kala Jeera Rice
Grown in the fertile soil of the Himalayan foothills, Baby Basmati Rice is nourished by the pure waters of the highest snow-covered peaks in the world.
Place 1 cup of rice and 1-1/2 cups of water in pot with lid. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Season as desired and fluff with fork before serving.
