Autumn Harvest Orzo
Autumn Harvest Orzo is a mix of infused, rice-shaped pastas flavored with sage, pumpkin and chestnut. The firm texture and subtle, earthy flavor of this pasta makes it a flexible and versatile ingredient that maintains it shape and flavor when cooked. It can be easily substituted for rice.
Add 1 cup of orzo to a large pot of boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of neutral cooking oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente and strain. Rinse with cold water to cool for salads or use immediately in hot preparations.

Store in cool, dry place.
