Auburn Rice Blend
A mixture of gorgeous Himalayan red rice and short-grain brown rice creates a delicious, wholesome base for a variety of dishes.
Add 1 cup rinsed rice and 2 1/4 cups unsalted water to pot. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Let stand five minutes, then fluff with fork.
Storage & handling
Store in a dry, cool place.
