Ancient Whole Grain Blend
Our Ancient Grain Blend is a hearty and nourishing combination of farro, freekeh, grano, red rice, rye berries and wheat berries specially selected to cook evenly while offering a harmonious mix of tastes and textures.
Bring 3 cups water or stock to a boil. Add 1 cup Ancient Grain Blend and return to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until grains are tender.
Storage & handling
Store in a dry, cool place.
