Ancient Whole Grain Blend
Our Ancient Grain Blend combines delicious and nutritionally rich farro, freekeh, grano, red rice, rye berries and wheat berries. This balanced combination of grains has been specially selected to cook evenly and easily while offering a harmonious blend of tastes and textures.
Bring 3 cups water or stock to a boil. Add 1 cup Ancient Grain Blend and return to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until grains are tender.
Storage & handling
Store in a dry, cool place.
