Only a small amount is needed to impart the earthy truffle flavor to any dish. Our preserved truffles are picked fresh, chipped and preserved in our proprietary formulation of black truffle oil. They are never from the second boiling of truffles, or from frozen. Suggested Use: The flavor of Truffles should be given center stage in recipes.
