Woodland Foods searched for, and tasted truffle products from all over Europe and China. We chose a small family run business in the south of France. They have the attention to detail needed for such an astonishing ingredient. Suggested Use: Drizzle a small amount of D'Allasandro Gold Truffle oil on salads, pastas, mashed potatoes, risottos, mushroom soups, steamed or roasted vegetables or popcorn.
